The College.
Catholic Bible College is an institute of higher education under the auspices of the Catholic Church in South Africa. It is located in the Archdiocese of Johannesburg but it serves the Church throughout South Africa, across the African continent in general, and beyond. It welcomes both South African and foreign students. The main focus of the College is the formation, education and training of lay people with leadership potential in the Church. The College has membership of the Pastoral Agencies Committee of the Southern African Catholic Bishops’ Conference (S.A.C.B.C) and is registered as a Non-Profit Organization with the
National Department of Social Development.
The College site (College and Residence) has been made available to the College by the Catholic Archdiocese of Johannesburg as support for its work. |
Staff:
The college has a unique set of well qualified academic staff members who have extensive knowledge of teaching and have an in-depth knowledge of the scriptures. They are involved in teaching and research and also have excellent administrative skills. The administrative support staff members have valuable administration skills and are constantly undergoing studies to perfect their ability in carrying out their responsibilities.
